Perfect creamy mayo for sandwiches, dips, salads and more!
Place all ingredients in your immersion blender. Allow a few minutes for the ingredients to settle.
Insert the immersion blender head to the bottom of the jar.
Turn the blender on and hold still at the bottom for approx. 30 seconds while the mayo begins to form and become white and creamy.
Slowly tilt the head and emulsify mayo by slowly shifting it around in a circular motion.
Then slowly begin to lift the blender to blend the remaining oil on top.
