Place all ingredients in your immersion blender. Allow a few minutes for the ingredients to settle.

Insert the immersion blender head to the bottom of the jar.

Turn the blender on and hold still at the bottom for approx. 30 seconds while the mayo begins to form and become white and creamy.

Slowly tilt the head and emulsify mayo by slowly shifting it around in a circular motion.

Then slowly begin to lift the blender to blend the remaining oil on top.

- This mayo recipe is keto, gluten free and dairy free as well as paleo and whole30 compliant.
- Homemade mayo will keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
- This recipe can be made with a food processor as well but instead add the oil slowly during blending steps.
